How Can soreness And Tightness In The Throat Be Treated?

I have a soreness and tightness in my throat. It is hindering my swallowing. I ve been sick with bronchitis and just finished a round of steroids and antibiotics. I haven t been sleeping for the past week. I have acid reflux, too. What I m feeling is new to me. Should I be worried? What should I do?
